Return and Refund policy

u can request a free return for goods purchased on www.ventomart.shop up to:

  • 30 days after receiving your order for full-priced goods

  • 14 days after receiving your order for sale items


Condition of Returns

All returns must be in perfect condition and include original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on items that are:

  • Scratched

  • Damaged (including soles of shoes)

  • Missing original packaging

  • Showing signs of wear

If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, they will be sent back to you at your own cost.


Bags

When checking the style and size of your bag:

  • Handle with care

  • Keep all protective packaging intact

  • Do not remove tags

  • Do not use outdoors

All bags must be returned in their original condition including:

  • Dust bags

  • Tags

  • Original packaging

Please ensure items are packed securely in protective outer packaging to avoid damage during return transit.


Personalised & Customised Items

Sticker Application:
Products cannot be returned once a Sticker has been applied, including during the 14-day cooling-off period. Gifts with a Sticker applied cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Monogramming:
Once monogramming has been applied, the product cannot be returned, including if you change your mind or receive it as a gift.

If you cancel within 14 days but monogramming has already been completed, payment will still be taken and no refund, return, or credit is possible. Please ensure you are certain before choosing monogramming. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Arrange a Free Return

To return an order, you can:

  • Arrange a free collection

  • Generate a return label for drop-off

  • Return the order to our registered address (please contact us first)

Generate Your Return

  1. Log in to your Ventomart account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the order you wish to return

  4. Click Return Items

  5. Select the products and reason for return

  6. Choose your preferred return method (collection or drop-off label)

If you do not yet have an account, activate one using the email address from your order and set a password. Once activated, you can manage returns and update your details.


Refunds

Once the courier has collected your return, it should arrive with us within 2–4 working days.

Once received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • A credit note will be available in your account

Refunds typically appear within 72 hours, although some card issuers may take up to 10 working days to process funds.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must:

  1. Return the unwanted item

  2. Place a new order


Ventomart Guarantee (Care Policy)

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and aim to use only high-quality materials and manufacturing standards.

If a Ventomart product does not meet our standards:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship found within 12 months of purchase may qualify for repair or replacement (subject to assessment).

  • Proof of purchase is required.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under our guarantee:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Airline or airport mishandling

Damage caused by airlines should be reported before leaving the terminal, as they may be liable.

If damage is not covered, we may provide a repair quote where possible.
