UK Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same working day and delivered within 5 working days following dispatch.
Orders placed after 4pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Please note that dispatch timings may vary during sale periods and busy trading times.
Free UK Standard Shipping may be offered on selected orders.
UK Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery may be available in selected areas for orders placed before 3pm (GMT/BST), Monday–Saturday.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Availability depends on delivery postcode and courier capacity.

You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within 10 days, otherwise they may be cancelled and refunded.
When collecting, you will need:

Deliveries are typically made between 8:30am and 6pm.
The courier may record GPS location at the time of delivery for security purposes.
We are unable to deliver to:

Armed Forces Postal Addresses
If you select a “safe place” delivery option through your courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivered.

Payments & Taxes
Sales taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and shown before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Ventomart may accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected orders.
All COD orders are subject to verification to prevent misuse.

Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
Orders with incomplete or unverifiable information may be delayed or cancelled.
Funds for non-COD orders are deducted once your order has been dispatched.
Insurance & Lost Goods
All Ventomart goods remain our property until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected.
Ventomart ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit at no cost to the customer.
Once goods are delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Lost Deliveries
If you believe your goods are lost, please contact us within:

Damaged Deliveries

Delivery Discrepancies

Your Ventomart order will arrive securely packaged. Many products include protective dust bags where applicable.
